Losing a loved one is a time of mixed and intense emotions as we cope with the grief of loss but also remember times of joy.

My name is Alex Huggett and it is my privilege as your funeral celebrant to travel with you through part of this journey as you say goodbye to your loved one.

I will work with you to create a Celebration of Life ceremony or Remembrance Service that will capture the memories of your loved, celebrate their life and help to bring comfort during this season of deep loss.

After you or your funeral arranger have contacted me, we will arrange a time to meet at a place of your choosing.  At this meeting we will discuss your desires for the service, and this is often also a wonderful time of recollection about your loved one’s life.  With this information I will craft the service and fitting eulogy based on your wishes, or help a friend or family member to do prepare the eulogy, if you prefer.
